I had a serious lower back issue and was struggling to sit, walk, function. A couple of physio session hadn't resolved it. Omar immediately found the issue and worked on tight leg muscles and gluts. I had a remarkable improvement in movement next day and I am back on the bike after a couple of sessions. I would highly recommend this practice.
I have a chronic condition so finding a good therapist is pivotal for me. Sonja was friendly and professional. She listened to my needs and the treatment was therapeutic and calming. The next day, I was not sore and my pain and stiffness improved dramatically. I will definitely be a regular and I highly recommend Sonja.
